Hello! Since you found your way here, you’d probably like to learn a little bit about me.

Rules to live by

Sometimes we are at our most thoughtful as new leaders. As an incoming senior resident, I wrote a set of guidelines for my junior residents and medical students. Years later, a surgeon who was once my intern told me she still shares this document with the teams she leads.

Here are the Intern rules by Erin. When I shared this with my product management team at Suki, they said the rules apply to life in general.
